Annual Public Notice
In accordance with USDE Guidelines IV-O, Title VI: 34 C.F.R. & 100.6 (d) this notice shall serve to advise students, parents, employees and the general public that all Career Technical Education opportunities offered by the Monmouth County Vocational School District are available regardless of race, color, national origin, gender or disability.
During the academic year, the Monmouth County Vocational School District shall offer the following Career and Technical programs as described below and make available online at Monmouth County Vocational School District, NJ. The Monmouth County Vocational School District admission and criteria for selection in career and technical education program programs do not restrict any race, color, sex, national minority origin or student with a disability from participation or access in the Monmouth County Vocational District career programs.
The Monmouth County Vocational School District offers courses that may lead to certificates in CTE. CTE courses are offered in, but not limited to, the following areas:

Advanced Manufacturing
Biotechnology
Commercial Art
Construction Trades
Cosmetology
Culinary Arts
Dental Assisting
Engineering Technology
Health Sciences
Horticulture

The Monmouth County Vocational School District programs are open to all students regardless of race, national origin, gender or disability. Applicants are required to meet the district's general admission criteria as well as the individual program's admission criteria. The District will take steps to assure that the lack of English-language proficiency will not be a barrier to admission and participation in CTE programs.
